CCR vs the "Competition"
Most of our prospective clients ask us:
"How do we differ from a neumatic jackhammer or other equipment that is available in the demolition field, that come with hammer attachments?"
One of the key elements of our machines are:
NO POLLUTION!
All our equipment is powered by "ELECTRICITY". We have a low noise generator that is kept "off site" that provides the power for our machines. Our equipment can also be hooked-up with 3 phase wiring to existing power located inside a building (we have transformers).
Some machines do come equipped with scrubbers to get rid of the pollutants, unfortunately, some exhaust fumes are still present in the air so this is not a viable solution. Also the noise from the diesel motors is also a concern.
Where noise and exhaust fumes are a factor to outlying residential or business areas - These are the machines to use.
SIZE AND POWER DEFINITELY MATTER!
The Brokk 100 can fit through 32 inch widths (standard doorways) for easy inside demolition.
The Brokk 180 a bigger brother to the Brokk 100 can fit through 32 inch widths and can also deliver a powerful 1000 ft lbs for commercial and industrial work. Both machines have a three part arm system, so that it can easily demolish concrete in inaccessible areas, or hard to reach areas that other machines cannot get into.
